How to delete Meta-linked data from PostKara · Required for Meta App Review · Zargham Labs LLC

Delete via Facebook

Open Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → PostKara → Remove / Request data deletion. Meta will call our deletion callback and we remove stored Page tokens, Instagram linkage, scheduled Meta content, inbox engagements, and related reports for that Facebook user.

Delete inside PostKara

Sign in at app.postkara.com
Open Brand kit
Click Disconnect Meta to wipe tokens and Page-scoped data immediately
To delete your entire PostKara account, email [email protected] from your account email

What we delete

Meta OAuth tokens and Facebook user linkage
Connected Pages / Instagram business IDs and page access tokens
Scheduled/published content rows, inbox events, reply drafts, funnel campaigns
Page metrics and weekly reports tied to those Pages

Billing records (Stripe customer id) and account email may be retained as required for accounting until you request full account closure.
