By using PostKara you agree to these terms. PostKara provides AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, reporting, and optional engagement automation for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts via official Meta APIs.
Acceptable use
- No cold outreach, bulk unsolicited DMs, scraping, or unofficial Meta access methods.
- You are responsible for content you approve and for complying with Meta Platform Terms and local law.
- Auto-send features are off by default. Enabling them is at your own risk; we provide draft-for-approval, audit logs, and circuit breakers, but you remain the Page owner of record.
Plans & billing
Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed via Stripe. Trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations follow Stripe proration and dunning rules. Failure to pay may suspend automation and publishing.
AI outputs
AI-generated captions and replies are suggestions. You should review before publishing or sending. Automated disclosure may be required in certain jurisdictions and cannot be disabled where legally mandated.
Limitation of liability
Service is provided as-is. Zargham Labs LLC is not liable for Meta policy enforcement actions, account restrictions, or business losses arising from content you approve or automation you enable.
